Return & Refund

We hope you are happy with everything you buy, however, if there is anything that does not meet your needs or expectation, you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving for a refund or exchange.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, we will replace it for you ASAP.

 

RETURNS

Items must be un-used and returned in original packaging.

Shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.

You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage/Shipping Issue/Product Defect.

If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.

Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned unless there is a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.(support@flowers-wedding.com)

 

Listed item orders can be cancelled in 24 hours.

Custom orders placed is a deposit to secure the slot and can't be cancelled, and are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
