Are these real flowers?
Kindly note that we are not offering real, but artificial foam flowers made of PE (polyethylene) and silk flowers made of polyester.
You get the same look as real flowers, but they are more budget-friendly and they can last for a lifetime, so you can re-use them.
Just make sure to keep them in a ventilated space, away from long-term direct exposure to sunlight, heat or humidity.
How long will the flowers last?
If kept properly, our flowers can last for a lifetime! Please be sure to keep them in a ventilated space, away from long-term direct heat or humidity.
Several of the roses I received are flatten, what do I do?
There might be a little deform during handling, storing, and transportation. please use a hair dryer to fluff up the leaves and flowers.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, STELLA FLORAL offers custom orders for weddings and events. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Can I ask for different alterations to those on-line?
Please remember all of our flowers are hand-made to order so we can make changes to colours, sizes and the design.
Simply contact us to discuss your requirements, either via our custom order enquiry form or email. Chances are we’ll be able to make your flowers for you.
I see a bouquet I like, can you make matching items?
Absolutely. We don’t have a full range of all our products on our website but we can create a full range all made from the same flowers to ensure a perfect match.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed, you can still request cancellation; however, please note that cancellation is not guaranteed at this time, and it may not be possible for us to fulfill your cancellation request.
